1853 - SCHEDULE FILED. - On the petition of Samuel Peck, of Sydney, merchant, the administrator of the estate of John Bingham, of Tumut, esquire, deceased, His Honor the Chief Justice accepted of petitioner the surrender of said estate, and appointed Mr. W. Perry to be the official assignee. The balance sheet showed debts alleged to be due by the estate, £663 Us. Id.
