WOOL AND LIVESTOCK INJUNCTION.

Dalgety and Co. Ltd, V Myers.

On the application of Mr. Loxton (instructed by Messrs. McDonell and Moffitt, Sydney agents for Messrs. Walsh and Blair, of Wagga Wagga), an interlocutory injunction was granted to Dalgety and Co. Ltd, Sydney, restraining Edward Wilson Myers, his servants, and agents, from preventing or attempting to prevent the plaintiffs from removing certain sheep and wool from Glenburnie station. Brungle, in the district of Tumut, alleged to be mortgaged to the plaintiff company. Leave was given to serve short notice of motion to continue the injunction.
