62. - 1848 - Heaver Richard. Name of run, Rosebank, (Gilmore Creek?) Estimated area, twelve thousand acres. Estimated grazing capabilities, six hundred and forty cattle, four thousand sheep. Bounded on the north by George Shelly, Esq, sheep station, and by a leading range running north and south for three and a half miles on the east side, dividing my run from that of Charles and Henry Whitty, Esqrs., J P 's , and on the west by a creek, called the Spring Creek, or better known as the Springs, running from south east in a north westerly direction, and bounded on the north eight miles up the creek by the station of John Macnamarra and Timothy Mara on the north east end, and by ranges on the north west end, which range runs to the brink of the creek, which range branches off from the Spring Creek, and runs from the west in an easterly direction. - (Ref- The Sydney Morning Herald (NSW : 1842 - 1954)(about) Previous issue Friday 13 October 1848).

1851 - TRANSFER OF RUNS. CROWN Lands' Office, Sydney, July I, 1851.-It is hereby notified for general Information, that the interest of the previous occupants in the undermentioned runs of Crown Lands has been transferred, with the sanction of the Government to the persons hereinafter particularised, in accordance with the regulations of 1st January, 1848, name TRANSFER OF RUNS. CROWN Lands' Office, Sydney, July I, 1851.-It is hereby notified for general Information, that the interest of the previous occupants in the undermentioned runs of Crown Lands has been transferred, with the sanction of the Government to the persons hereinafter particularised, in accordance with the regulations of 1st January, 1848, namely Richard Heaver, Rosebank, to Mara and Downing - (Ref- The Sydney Morning Herald (NSW : 1842 - 1954)(about) Previous issue Tuesday 15 July 1851).
