George (2nd) Waddy Shelley died on Tuesday the 16th April, 1907, at Parramatta, NSW.
Marriage 9 July 1866 George Waddy was married to Mildred Vyner, daughter of Captain Arthur Vyner R.N. and Margaret Anne Blyth, on Monday, 9 July 1866 at Tumut, NSW. Mildred Vyner was born on the 17th February, 1848. He died on the 4th January, 1910.
In 1864 George (2nd) Waddy Shelley, aged 22, took up a selection under the Robertson Acts of 1861 which he called "Wermatong". It was situated in the heart of the thickly wooded foothills of his mother's Tumut Plains run.6
