A gift evening was tendered to Miss Mary Symons at the Blowering hall, prior to her marriage to Mr. T. Vogt. About 100 were present. The evening was spent in dancing, games,, etc. Mr. J. Johnson congratulated Miss Sylhons and Mr. Vogt on their venture, and speeches were also made by Messrs. F. Oddy, H. Myers, J. Balmain, W. Frowd and Mrs. Ray Johnson.
