1900 - CIRCUIT COURTS. - CIVIL CASES AT WAGGA WAGGA, Wednesday. - In the case in which John Cheney, of 'Possum Plains, sued George BARDWELL, of Oberne station, for alleged malicious prosecution, claiming damages at £3000, the jury, after being locked up all night, brought in a verdict for defendant.
