1910 - SALE OF STATION PROPERTY.

Messrs Hain & Searight, conjointly with Messers Badgery Bros report the sale, on account of the executors of the estate of Badgery of East Blowering Estate Tumut district comprising 6767 acres freehold and 10,100 acres occupation license, with all stock, etc Purchaser is Mr W W Killen, of Merribee, Barellen. - (Ref- The Sydney Morning Herald (NSW : 1842 - 1954)(about) Previous issue Friday 30 December 1910 Page 5).

TUMUT CLEARING SALE - Clive Haffenden and Co., Adelong, announce that they have sold Messrs. Killen and Armstrong's East Blowefing station, Tumut, approximately 6000 acres, for delivery '?? early in May. Messrs. Killen and Armstrong's Romney stud and beef shorthorn cattle are well known in the Riverina and slopes.

1935 - The purchaser, Mr, O. M. Lodge, has taken over, en -Woe, the Romney stud, and proposes to eor.fnue breeding high-class Romney rams. The clearance sales is announced for 15th May, and connoisseurs bf beaf shorthorn cattle will have the oppportunity of acquiring some particularly choice stock. The wlole of these cattle, 800 head, will be for absolute sale. 1935 - Messrs. Killen and Armstrong's East Blowering station, of 6000 acres, has been sold to Mr. Oliver M. Lodge, of Mona Vale, Sydney, at a satisfactory figure.
