CLOSER SETTLEMENT. - An extensite subdivisional sale will take place at Tumut (N.S. W.) on Thursday, 22and inst., when Mount Horeb Estate, consisting of 13,700 acres of magnificent dairying, fattening, maize, and tobacco land will be sold. The auctioneers are Messrs Chas L.
