The death occurred ln a private hoapltal ln Wagga on Saturday morning last ot Miss KatherJne Sfirab Mary Tresilian, of "Murraguldrie". near Sumuls, at the age of 72 yeas, after a abort of Illness.
She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Treshian. of "Murraguldrie". very old and respected pioneers of the Humula district
She is survived by five sisters,
Mrs. H. J Bull, 'Currajong,' Narandera;
Mrs. A. R Young, Mitchell Island. Manning River; and the
Misses S. & M. Tresilian. E. M. Tresilian and D. Tresilian, all of Murraguldrie; and one brother, Mr. John Tresilian, of fit.*nne*6-road, Merrylands.
The funeral took place yesterday, the cortege leaving M'Intosh Bros., Baylls Street, Wagga, at 12noon. On arriving at "Murraguldrie" at 2 o'clock the Rev. H. A. Prentice, of Tumbarumba, preceded the hearse and the very lengthy cortege to the Humula cemetery, where the Interment took place in the family ground in the Presbyterian portion of the cemetery.
The cortege included relatives and friends from Narandera. Humula. Carabost, Tarcutta, Oberne, Westbrook. Oberne Creek and Murraguldrie, which showed the great respect and esteem in which Miss Tresilian was held by all who knew her.
There was a very large number of school and Sunday school children present- The carriers were Messrs. L. Phelan, H. Pee 1, A. H. Guy, A. Peel. J. Schofleld.and H. Schofield, and the pallbearers.

The Rev. H. R. A. Prentice, of Tumbarumba. read a very Impressive burial service. during which he made very feeling and kindly reference to the very large gathering of friends present, who had come to pay their last sad tribute of respect. He added that Humula had lost a friend in the passing of Miss Tresilian. She was liked by everybody and especially by the school Children and Sunday school children, and she took a very kindly and deep interest in there.
There was a very large number of beautiful floral tributes sent by relatives and friends, Including one from the Humula Sunday school children.
The chief mourners present were Mrs H. J. Bull, of Narandera, and the Misses E. E. M.. E. M. and D. Tresilian (sisters)
Those unable to be present were Mrs. A. R Young (sister), of Manning River, and Mr J. Tresilian (brother), of Merrylands. graveside, in addition to those already named, were:
